The Alaskan Klee Kai looks a lot like a Husky but is a lot more petite and small. They are Spitz type dogs that were bred to look like Huskies, but at the same time be small apartment-sized dogs.
Nicknames: Klee Kai, Small Dog, AKK
Grooming: Klee Kai's should be groomed often when they are shedding a lot, although they are very clean dogs and will spend hours cleaning themselves. They do not have a "doggy odor".
Coat Colors: Black and white, red and white, or gray and white
Body: They are usually 17 inches high, very petite, ears that stick up, and a curled tail. There body type is very much like a Husky.
Training: They are very cautious and careful, and tend to make good watchdogs. They are also very intelligent dogs and do great in training.

ReplyDeleteVery Cool...How do you know which dog breed is each month?
ReplyDeleteIt's just random, I just think of a few uncommon dogs. Sometimes I will go on Google and search "Dog" and look at all the different pictures of dogs to get inspiration.
